BACKGROUND
For the past 25 years, Linda Walter, LCSW has worked with individuals and companies to increase productivity and profits. She develops a tailor made strategy with each different client.
Ms. Walter has worked with Executives and Managers in coaching sessions to help them better reach their potential, meet their goals and increase morale and productivity among staff. She assists her clients in identifying their goals, assessing their strengths and limitations and works with them to develop a plan to reach their maximum potential.
Ms. Walter has extensive experience working with companies of all different sizes. From major law firms, large financial institutions and manufacturing companies to smaller family owned businesses. She has a broad understanding of the different cultures of these organizations and has helped those with whom she has worked meet their goals of resolving conflict and increasing productivity and profits.
External consultants face the challenge of needing to gain the trust of those within the organization. Understanding the culture and climate is necessary to be effective. Because of her training as a Psychotherapist, Ms. Walter has specialized skills in developing the relationships needed to be successful as a consultant.
While living in Paris, Ms. Walter taught marital therapy techniques to therapists working with families who had been relocated. She quickly learned of the difficulties the employee, spouse and children faced due to the move. In order to prevent relocation failure, Ms. Walter developed 3 programs.
